
The Music Ministry consists of Sanctuary Choir, Band and Orchestra, Special Groups, Youth Choir and Children's Choir, Musicals, Cantatas, Praise and Worship, and other special events are produced during the year as well as the Sunday Music Ministry which happens each week. The Usher's Ministry functions each week as armor bearers. They fulfill their primary responsibilities on Sundays which include: unlocking and locking all buildings, turning on and off all heating and air conditioning units and lights in order to prepare the environment for worship and discipleship. They are also responsible for receiving the morning and evening offerings and preparing the baptistery for Water Baptism and the common elements for Communion. The Greeters Ministry takes place primarily on Sundays, with the exception of special services and events. The Greeters are responsible for welcoming people with a smile, a handshake, or a hug. They also hand out weekly bulletins which include the service outline and upcoming events and activities. They serve as guides for our guests to help them find their way around the campus. The Audio/Video Ministry functions for the purpose of making sure that every service is seen and heard with excellence. The primary responsibilities for those involved include running sound and operating projectors and video equipment while keeping an inventory of all equipment and making sure it is in working order. They are responsible for providing sound for all services which include Sundays, Wednesdays, and other special services and events, as well as Music Ministry rehearsals, weddings, funerals, etc. Contact Wes McKenzie for further information.
The Service Schedule Team is responsible for coordinating the Sunday service agenda which includes preparing the service outline, scheduling special events such as baby dedications, special presentations, scripture and prayer rotation, and preparing the Power Point presentations. The Altar Workers Team is prepared each week to assist the Pastor in ministering to people in the altar, primarily new converts. Primary responsibilities are keeping altar materials and supplies (new convert packets, specialized tracks, pens, anointing oil) on hand and ready for immediate use, being prepared to lead others to Christ and minister to special needs. The Visitors Follow-Up Team makes our visitors and guests feel very special. Primary responsibilities include having cookies and/or brownies cooked and delivered to every visitor the week following their first visit, making phone calls and other personal contacts. The Assimilation Team's primary function is to connect new people to the family. This is done by sponsoring events such as Meet the Pastor, a bi-monthly fellowship dinner at the Pastor's home where newcomers can meet the Pastor, staff, and other key leaders. The Recreation/Sports Ministry seeks to provide interaction between church members and prospects by providing opportunities for involvement in sports activities such as softball and basketball. Contact Larry Williams for further information.

Pastor Moore's Sunday School
Class
Sunday School is one of the key disciple-making ministries of Family Worship Center. Adult elective classes are offered which address issues and relative needs in today's world. These classes rotate every eight weeks to give opportunity to participate in all classes. Age-level classes are offered for all youth and children as well. Experience This
Family Worship Center Youth Ministry, "Experience This", is an active, upbeat ministry for teens. It is a place where relationships are built, teen-issues are addressed and lives are changed through the use of music, drama, Bible teaching, and celebration. Other activities include Winterfest, fun trips, mission trips, drama teams, plus a whole lot more. Contact Jason Burns for further information.

Family Worship Center's Children Ministry is a high-energy ministry geared especially for children. Each week kids learn from life-related lessons taught in a fun and exciting environment that makes learning fun. Tools are used such as puppets, music, video, object lessons, games, and much, much more. Beginning At An Early Age
The Nursery provides a learning opportunity for two age groups - infants and toddlers. This ministry desires to be a blessing to young parents by spending time with their children in a secure environment in order that parents might enjoy the services. Contact Tammy Nowell for further information.
Elder's Training is an eight-week class offered once a year for men 18 years old and older who are interested in serving in areas of leadership. Contact Pastor Johnny H. Moore for further information.
Joshua's Men is a one-year extensive mentoring program for men who are serious about personal growth and development. This program begins in January and continues through December. Contact Pastor Johnny H. Moore for further information.
Elder Ministry Teams function to assist the Pastoral Team in caring for the congregation. Primary responsibilities include hospital visitation, home visits, bereavement ministry, visitor follow-up and other pastoral care needs that may arise. Contact Fred Broome for further information.
The Women's Ministries of Family Worship Center functions as T.L.C. Teams (Touching Ladies for Christ). Every woman at Family Worship Center is placed on a team for the purpose of care, fellowship, relationship building, and discipleship. Each team has a leader and co-leaders who coordinate activities for each team. Each quarter a corporate meeting is held for all teams and all ladies for the purpose of casting vision, discussing projects, and sharing activities. Contact Dianne Moore for further information.
Operation Compassion is a ministry geared toward helping the needy, the poor, the hurting, the disenfranchised, and the outcasts, by providing food boxes and shelter. Contact Karen Thomas for further information.
The Cuisine Team prepares our weekly fellowship supper on Wednesday nights as well as coordinates use of the kitchen, and prepares food for all church activities where food is needed. Contact Wanda Darsey for further information.
The Pastor's Prayer Partners Ministry is focused on praying specifically for our Senior Pastor, his family, and our church staff. They meet weekly on Sundays to pray over the Pastor before service. They meet monthly for a briefing from the Senior Pastor concerning specific prayer requests and needs of the Pastor's office. Prayer Force is a team of intercessors who meet weekly on Sunday afternoon for intercessory prayer concerning congregational needs and specific requests. Contact Jeff Mobley for further information.
Prayer Connection is the official Family Worship Center Prayer Chain. When an emergency need arises, the Prayer Chain goes into motion, offering immediate intercession for divine intervention. Contact Sharon Bolly for further information.

The Voice is Family Worship Center's monthly newsletter. This team compiles upcoming events, monthly spotlights, ministry updates, monthly attendance and financial reports, along with other general information and news concerning Family Worship Center. The Media Ministry is responsible for keeping Family Worship Center in the local news. They do this through advertisements and announcements of upcoming events in local newspapers, radio, and on local cable channels. They also provide sermon tapes and CD's to shut-ins and Family Worship Center friends who subscribe to weekly service tapes. Contact Julie Barrineau for further information.

This team is responsible for keeping all church bulletin boards updated and decorated, and for keeping the church sign changed weekly with a positive message or church announcement. Contact Vicki McDougald for further information.
